I don’t know if you’ll see this ever, but please, please stay the true you that you are! You’re so open about the reality of life and being an everyday fit woman versus a fake athlete for content. You give me something so legit to aspire to be! I have so many insecurities and so much anxiety to be perfect with fitness and I feel like that does more damage than good. megsquats hell yeah. My girl caught me watching Meg. A week later, she asks, "who is that girl on youtube again?" A week after that, she's under the bar! And she never would have even tried without seeing a regular-sized lady squat 250+. Thanks, Meg!

You're so protective of the puppy!!! I LUD IT! Frenchies are lil balls of allergies man (vet tech hurrr). Also yay same breakfast and love these videos. Also also more info required about Strong Strong Supply Co. Thought about getting some knee sleeves because weights are getting heavier and it's getting cold here in Ohio. Having an unheated garage gym makes me want sleeves but they are such a headcrack.

I'm curious if anyone you know who trains and/or competes seriously uses RP as a vegan and likes it? Also, I know this is more unlikely but would RP make sense for a vegan that doesn't eat soy/wheat or junk food? Thanks!!

Yeah same in Australia. Have to hold the handle at all times. Also have to pay first after hours to avoid petrol theft.

andrew wilson There are ‘nanny states’ in this country. It only takes a handful of people to ruin it for everyone. Petrol purchase is one of them due to a high increase of fuel theft. I think everyone needs to learn how to syphon fuel from other cars. Now that’s how to steal petrol! Ha!

Hey Meg, thanks for another great vid. I know you're bulking and I'm trying to lean down. Ironic, much? Anyway, had a quick question for ya. Have you ever really struggled with your weight? By that I mean, have you ever been overweight? If so, does it make bulking more strategic since you may maintain bad fat too easily? I have always been a little thick, but always kept myself from getting fat by lifting and cardio. Just curious because so many of these six pack ab diets and lose weight fast diets are created by people who never struggled with weight like the rest of us. You are the real deal and I was curious if you ever had that struggle. Love your channel, keep it up!!! Strong, Strong friends UNITE!!!

Quick question, do you follow the same nutrition that you take on a workout day compared to when you don't work out or do you tweak it a bit for the days you don't workout to balance it out. Might be a straight forward question by just wanted to ask. Thanks and keep up the good videos, really enjoying the content and how you represent women and yourself it's a really good change compared to others. Looking forward to all the gains.👍👍

Non-workout days, or light workout days have adjusted protocol that lowers calorie and carbohydrate intake. Off days have a more consistent intake of carbs (no uptick around workout since there is none)

😂😭 when I get to cut three I get 1/2 serving fats (literally 7gms of fats) DAILY and 15 FIFTEEN (15, y’all) grams of carbs per meal. I’m on cut 1 now, this is my second round with RP so I know what I’m in for!

Since i haven't followed a plan for awhile, I'm on the base portion of the template until I am stagnant in weight gain. I will go up in calories if I don't gain. Slow and steady right now! Not jumping off the deep end!

Hey! I don't cycle on/off creatine no. I do recommend if you're competing and need to weigh in for a powerlifting meet to perhaps cycle off if you notice any bloating or water retention (which is something i've done in the past)

Rice is a very high risk food and I always cringe when I see people prep it for more than one day. Like if you are eating rice you made over 2 days ago then you playing with fire. Not bad what Meg did here but reminded me. I've been a chef most my life and I'm just going by what we are told when studying the food hygiene and saftey. It's all about them spores the bacteria produce. Anyway I'm not hating just dropping some sick rice knows.

I didn't know your knees are supposed to splay outwards past your toes on squats of any variation because i read somewhere this can place excessive stress on the knee's and usually mean's the chosen weight is too heavy to handle for the lifter.
