I was never communal but I supported BJP in 2014 thinking Modi has gone through a "hriday parivartan" and will bring development and take India to double digit growth. I have to say I was naive. I will NEVER vote for BJP for what they have done to the country.

Pleasantly surprised to see there are not many gaalis in the comments. Is there huge attrition in BJP IT cell?

I am always impressed by the analysis that Mr. Ram Guha brings forth to all the existing problems. His observations on personalities appear impartial. I am also impressed by Mr. Karan Thapar interviewing style.

To understand Modi's character one should read The Caravan special issue on Gowalkar, Modi is a great admirer of Gowalkar. Gowalkar was an educated fella, but carried a deep-seated hatred for Gandhiji, and he minced no words in eliminating Gandhi ! No wonder Modi follows guys who called Gauri Lankesh a 'kutia' even after her death ! this can be called a degradation of ones own values of character. See the mysterious death of Judge Loya in conjunction with the death of Dhabolkar, Pansare, Kalburgi,Gauri Lankesh, Ishrat Jahan, Sohrabuddin, Haren Pandaya, and the riots perpetrated at Koregaon ! Imprisonment of Azad, and the atrocities on the Dalits. he is certainly a dishonest PM India has ever had.

Modiji, even after 4 years in PM chair, remains more interested in Power that comes from the office.. He is still to (may not ever) exhibit the responsibility that is due on the Chair.. That's why he is seen as a Powerful PM but not as a Responsible PM.. There is no example of any instance when he has shown being responsible.. be it on his action, or through his words, or his orders, or the debates he unleashes...

History may remember Narendra Modi as the most popular Indian PM but history will not be kind to him

Mr.Guha is a narrowly broadminded version who is known as a visionary.

A person who can’t analyse proper English or Hindi notes and governs by gut feelings of understanding and executing powers without grasping the entire complexity of an issue cannot be in a powerful position where his or her judgement effects billions.
