Rohit Bhai aise me to har next week har exercise ki day change ho jayegi agr hm shoulder aur legs ek din train kr le to har exercise week me 2 times aa jayegi ,mere aanusar Aisa routine hona chahiye... Mon- chest + triceps Tue- back + biceps Wed- shoulder (incldng traps) + legs. Thurs- chest + triceps Fri- back+ triceps Sat-shoulder+ legs Sunday - rest Also u can add abs exercise on alternate day ..
