Muscle building requires proper nutrition along with right supplments. However the most important part is the correct training routine. Next 4 videos are going to be about the right training pattern for muscle building.
This video explains the exercises for Day 1 (chest and biceps) along with required number of sets and repetitions. Do watch the entire series to plan your training schedule for muscle building.
Chest Exercises:
Incline Bench Press: 4 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
Flat Bench Dumbbell Press: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
Incline Bench Dumbbell Fly: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
Cross Cable: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
Biceps Exercises:
High Incline Dumbbell Curl: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
EZ Barbell Curl: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions
One Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl: 3 Sets of 6-8 Repetitions

I want to show gratitude to you sir. Aaj tak kisi ne ye bat nai ki week me kitne din train karna chahiye. You cleared that for me. I had the best diet, hard training. But maybe, my rest was not proper. I used to workout 6days a week

rohit - wich day wat exercise and how many sets how many reps etc etc. is not imp.. do as u feel comfortable.. imp is wat u eat during gym phase..how much protein, carb fats etc is the real trick .. this is whr most ppl fail

🌹Thank you for your gym workout videos. You explain the every aspect very beautifully. I am doing gym since my high school level till day. I am now 67 years old. I am a retired engineer from government of Karnataka State. Till today I am on gym workout at home gym. Main clarification is needed to me is: I am a hypertension person till 27 years and Diabetic since 22 years. I am comfortably managing my workout. I need your valuable advise sir.
