The United jersey isn't heavy we are 6th and people still back Ten Hag. The issue with talented players not getting to their best at United has always been the support systems around the club. We don't have a brilliant manager like in the past. We don't have a performance director to oversee the optimization of players physical and mental wellbeing. The medical department is also under underfunded and the coaching staff is a Frankenstein monster of different managers appointments from the past decade.

Ok so the way I see it as that no one really knows what happened with the Sancho situation. It seems the players who may know more seem to have agreed or at least have sympathy with Sanchos frustrations. I don't like United fans who are simply just 'he was shit, lazy and late to training all the time.' There is definitely clear evidence or faviourtism and inconsistencies from the manager.. The question is was he really dropped for being poor in training or was there something else going on and really know one knows. If it was the latter then I don't think an apology to Ten Hag is warranted It's the word of either the player who is starring in a UCL semi final or a manager who can't even coach a team to out possess Burnley at home. Regardless the decision should be made by Ineos or the Sporting Director who will be able to guage the actual truth of what happened. Also for example if Tuchel comes in and wants to keep Sancho then he should absolutely be allowed too. My main concern about keeping Sancho if he does only have 2 years left on his contract is if it still doesnt work out we might lose a lot of money on him. That said I would be interested to see Sancho with a team built to his strenghts and playing next to a good CF. I'm not saying Sancho was that good or anything at his time in United but at least when attacking we would retain the ball with him in the team as opposed to Garnacho and Rashford who tend to just run into players, make the wrong decision or mess up easy passes.
