So interesting how measurements are taken differently; I believe the manufacturers differing standards affect sizing. Some still measure the bottom & top, subtract the difference which then is used to determine cup size. The best fitting experience I've had was with a family owned bridal gown store. The owner is a master seamstress, gave me great advice like Fumi. How she got my measurements and fitting perfect is still amazing. Once you find the perfect fit you never settle for less than.

Very good and useful advice Fumi, especially American sizes!! This is going to be useful to so many women. Thank you so much. I was wearing a C cup for years in my 20's and had awful chest pain and tightness. Went to numerous high profile department stores who said I was a C.I got measured at Karen Miller in London the year 2012. Game changer!! I have been a 36 or when I'm bigger 38 E. Haven't ever had any problems since. Will try that product from push up. I am looking forward in using the push up tape for a special dress for my nieces wedding.

This is really amazing and more women should be informed about it, so I took your tips and realised I was wearing completely wrong bras everything was wrong really but just to make sure I was on the right path I went to Ann summers and the lady recommended the exact same size I found out from your tips and a bra never felt so comfortable I was wearing 36D I'm actually a 34ff I am gobsmacked!!
