These are great. I've only started and I can only do about 15 minutes at a time and I feel like I accomplish a full exercise with these!

I just about started bawling when my two-year-old joined me jumping around and said, "I want to get stronger like you, mommy!" When I often feel so weak, there are always reasons to keep going! ❤ I've been loving all the videos on this channel, in my journey to change my life and be a healthy version of myself for my family and me!

When lockdown started I used to instantly skip anything with Alex in because I was scared stiff! I was so unfit, I had to pause the real start work outs every few minutes to catch my breath. Now, I LOVE the work outs with Alex and even follow along with her on most of the higher impact moves. I've lost weight, gained muscle and even better my lung health is so much improved! Thank you team BP!

Me too! I was actually doing the running punches at the start of lockdown I wound have been able to do that - 6 months on and maybe going back into lockdown again.

The ending was such a rush of dopamine on top of the adrenaline. “You can! You are! You will!” I started crying once I finished the w/o not because I feel stronger but I needed to hear those words so badly right now… ❤️

hi body project, i know this most likely won’t be seen but i just wanted to put my thoughts on here. I’ve always struggled with my weight and i don’t think i’ve ever been skinny in my entire life, bare in mind i’m only 15. I’ve only been doing a variety of these workouts for six days but i’ve already lost a pound and i can’t wait for future changes. Your workouts give me hope that i can lose weight and ill be forever grateful for you guys. So thank you so much :)

Hey Flic Holyoake. I’m in my mid 30s and i was skinny most of my life until a pregnancy over Covid isolation and giving up nicotine for sugar addiction. I’m struggling to find my way back to a healthy body. But I love these videos. I struggle with consistency (working on that and my mental health) but these workouts always make me feel good. Short and manageable and so uplifting. Good luck on your journey. Just remember, a healthy body wins over a skinny one. So be safe and go one day at a time. Remember that food is nourishment and a requirement, so just make healthy food choices. I think you’re amazing and a huge encouragement to me. I wish I’d taken better care of my body when I was your age.

Thanks for all the support, I appreciate it loads :). I've actually managed to lose around 15 pounds in the four months I've been doing this, and I'm happy to say that I've been keeping a stable mindset and if anything I'm the happiest I've been in a long time ❤️

Alex and Daniel, where to begin, I love waking up everyday and starting it with you both. I always thought being able to participate in something like this was only for people who could afford memberships to a gym, or a personal trainer. Since working out with you both I have lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I am almost at my goal weight, which I never thought would be achievable. For the first time in my life I am in single digit jeans! Thank you both for helping me along in this journey, and for continuing to upload fantastic content. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, all the way from Canada eh!

I can't tell you how these videos have changed my life. Just moving is a precious gift...like he says...after a month of almost every single day I have learned that when I feel really down....do a video with these guys and it will bring out a awesome smile...beats depression like nothing else....God Bless you both!....oh yeah...Alex can give a pretty good Come On! I started working out again after a long break.... broke down IN TEARS AT THE END ... ive dealt with so much mentally after losing my mum to Cancer... its been 4 years and nothing changed .. the I complete this workout and feel like DANIEL SAYS YOU DID IT! This was day 2 for me with the Body Project. Again, I feel very encouraged and accomplished. I appreciate the spirit and support throughout of both Daniel and Alex. It got a little too fast for me with the box step and double side step and I was a little frustrated- exactly at that time Daniel said something like “it’s ok if it takes you a bit to get it”.. by the end I got it! I know it’s only day 2, but I haven’t felt this good about a workout video - ever!

I really didn't feel like working out today... but I decided that I could compromise by doing one that was half the length of the others. I ended up with a full grin on my face during that last segment! Nothing like punching out your frustrations into the air while listening to some hard core Vivaldi :P It really brightened up my day. Thank you for what you do and for the body-positive inclusivity of your workouts and messages. You really are doing it right.

this is my fave beginner work out! i love the music! low impact but i feel the difference! there is just something about your partnership that makes everything fun and realistic! more power! hope you could do low impact workout for abs. i would definitely give it my best.

hi guys just want to say a big thanks for this workout. the weather in the Philippines has beem eratic and this triggers my asthma a lot i have not worked out in a while and im obese when i saw this video it looked so much fun so i tried it and i cried with happiness that i finished this workout and i was able to keep up. thanks for this style of workout its hard enough for a person like me and not too hard that i cant finish it. love you guys

It’s really nice to see workouts that don’t make me want to throw up after wards. I used to think if I wasn’t hurting and nauseas then I wasn’t going to see results because every video pushes you so hard. I can personally do these and be sweating and winded but not feel sick and I trust these guys to give me results. Thank you.

Thank you for a fun, wonderful workout! Over 30 years of low impact workouts, I try to find new ones that keep me going, and being over 64yrs, I need to be a little careful, but hell this was FUN! I tried their other workouts last week, and thank you, I found muscles that had been taking a break for a while, and moving was a bit painful after that... Love their attitude and I think I will be putting these people into my regular workouts. I work out 6 days a week 45-60 min, three of those days will be Body Project! Thanks for the fun and the challenge!

I subscribed to this page last week and did one of the 20 minute low impact aerobic workouts. This morning I did the 17 min one. OMG! I'm hooked!! Who else will get you moving to Vivaldi, Stevie Wonder and Pharrell first thing in the morning. In the words of Pharrell...."I'm Happy"! I can feel the fat melting away. Best low impact cardio workouts on the planet. Thank you Team Body Project!

Absolutely loved this work out. The music was awesome! Did my weights first and finished with this. I will be smiling for the rest of the day 😊 I have done my weights at home for years, but went to the gym for my classes.But with the gyms closed for months I started doing my cardio with you lovely people. I have decided to not go back to the gym for now,as the case of Covid-19 are increasing. I do miss the social part.😕 I have put my membership on hold for now and will be joining your team body Project.😊🇨🇦

That was an amazing quick work out. I found so much value in it. Sometimes when Daniel encourages you to reach into the mental aspect of pushing harder, it works! it's really special when punches in a 15 minute workout can make you emotional!

Nicole Balfore , before exercising I was on inhalers and Lorenzepam. Panic attacks all the time. But I made some educated adjustments and now with this, I no longer use my inhaler and panic attacks are easily manageable.

Daniel and Alex Since finding your videos 5 months ago my life has changed. I hated exercising and felt as though it was an inconvenience and something I had to do if I wanted to lose weight. Flash forward to today....I workout with you 6 days a week, look forward to moving my body and love how I feel. Any weight loss that comes along with this journey is an added bonus (this statement would have NEVER come out of my mouth in the past because all I cared about was losing weight). I won’t stop nourishing my mind and body by working out as a thank you to my magnificent body. I love love love this new video it was so fun. I will be forever grateful for finding your videos and for the two of you.

The excercises were a bit too quick for this old girl so i did them on my own pace but the music was absolutely great. I am awake! 👍🏻

That was a greaaat workout! My wife and I were laughing and having fun most of the way through and only after noticed how drenched in sweat we were, lol. This workout is like good septs. Heard it here first. Thank you for both your hard work and for putting these videos up!

Best workout EVER! I mean I love them all but the music, the energy, the music! Perfect choices. I will be doing this on Sunday for my active recovery day. I know I’ll be smiling the rest of the day. Thank you for saving me from myself ❤️

This beginners low impact fun workout has helped me in my recovery from COVID pneumonia. Went from an active person doing 10k steps a day, to someone who couldn't catch a breath with 2 steps. Re-started workout program and worked my way up to this 15 minute program. I appreciate the no pressure/positivity. Thanks for all you do.

I’ve done at least 20 different BP videos and always come back to this one. It’s so fun, engaging, intense but not so hard I’m struggling to keep up. When I finish it I feel empowered and strong (and very very sweaty). Short and sweet, but very effective!! Thank you Daniel and Alex.

I picked out several of your videos during covid to use while at home. ps. The punching segment brings back happy memories of my martial arts days. But makes me sad that I had to leave my classes due to health issues. Thank you for sharing your workout videos. Don't change a thing. I look forward to them.

So happy I found this subscription. This is my favorite workout. Quick and simple. No complex dance moves. I haven't exercised for over a decade. This was my first workout. I couldn't make it through the entire video the first time, but now I can. Thank you so much!

I have worked out every day for approx 30+ years, not necessarily a healthy habit, often compulsive. During the past year plus of the pandemic, I felt as if I could be "fine" with it, because I have always been seclusive. I quit going to the gym the Sept or Oct before COVID was known, because I noticed all the people with congestion and coughs. I do it every season really, and I have never liked gyms anyway, I can do just as well or better at home. The point of this remark is that this video was my warm up today, after my yoga but before cardio and strength. I have done it before. However today, this made me cry. I got emotional as I danced, as I threw punches. THANK YOU for giving this content to everyone and know that you are doing vital good, way beyond weight loss or physical fitness. The movement and distraction, the meditation and connection... helping people.

I’m 9 months postpartum, I’ve dreaded moving my body because it felt like way too much work when I’m already so exhausted from night time feedings, and never ending demands…..but when I heard Daniel say “it’s a privilege to move ours bodies” wow! It’s gotten me excited to work out. And I find myself happier, laughing more, and just all around a better person to be around. My husband said “for your mental health, and for me and the baby, please work out every day. You’re just so much happier” Of course I would love to lose the baby weight, but moving and getting my hormones pumping in the right direction is enough for me for now. Thank you guys for this!
