Repeats can be good but also can be annoying when you have adhd and repetition can bore u

Kicking the bum isn’t really a functional exercise so what’s the benefit?

I would be lying to you if I said I wasn't cursing the entire time, but it's a great workout. I didn't expect all of my muscles to be worked. Helps me with my weak points. Thank you <3

This is perfect. My back is acting up but I needed some kind of workout to keep me sane. Just doing this 3 days in a row I already can feel that I’m more toned especially in my legs.

i love this so much. this is something that I found which is working out, but it makes me HAPPY and that is what's the most important thing when your working out or getting fit
