I didn't realize I've done this one before, but whew, it is definitely challenging for my balance! This time was a tid-bit smoother for me, but the unique postures and sequence helps me to tune into where my body is at in the moment instead of a routine/familiar robotic flow. SO lovely and freeing...makes me feel un-stuck, if that makes any sense? haha. Thank you so much! 🙏💖

This definitely had some unique sequences! My hips were uncomfortable through it as if they were developing more tension. I like thought how the flow is very out of the norm though and helps develop new neurological pathways to help healthy brain development too as well as strengthening the body. Thank you so much for keeping the health path so exciting! 🙏💖
