Sacking the manager cannot be the solution. Its been over 10 years of rot, players being the boss and over paid sulky kids. My view is INEOS want a coach and not a manager .INEOS will be dictating the playing philosophy and identifying the transfer targets . This was all fully covered in an in depth interview between Sam Luckhurst of the MEN and Sir Jim in February this year.. The current manager may not want to work under these new conditions as his powers will be curtailed.
