They show an old NARCO AT-150 transponder but I wonder if it can handle the high interrogation rates of an ADS-B box (GDL 82). Regardless, replacing my AT-150 with a used Garmin GTX-327 off of eBay for $500 (Form 8130 included) and using the GDL-82 should get me ADS-B out compliant for less than $2500 if I help with the install, and with a 'new' digital transponder to boot (new basic transponder prices are about $1800 by themselves, with no ADS-B Out).

If it's not available until sometime in Q4 2017, and you have to reserve your rebate by 9/18/2017, it isn't likely that people will get to take advantage of the rebate.

This might as well be a comedy take off of well known personalities. The people here talk in the same identical tone of voice as if generated by a computer. Its all read from a script pretending to be an interview. Garmin have lost the ability to do a genuine presentation that does not sound a text to voice service.
