dont hold in the clutch because you are reducing its life... Clutch is used when changing the gear or when coming to a complete stop.

Reducing its life... 😂😂 are you joking? The only thing you’re reducing is the clutch bearings life not that that’s even a big issue and at the speed that a trials bike idles over at it really doesn’t matter. Furthermore it’s a trials bike the clutch literally spends more time disengaged than it does engaged 😂.
