if i could afford this i would buy it in a heartbeat. i played this at a music store and fell in love with it instantly! living in a small apartment i cant own a real piano sadly and electric piano's even the good ones sound so bloody fake but this. . .THIS it sounded and felt real! mind blown

Thank you for the very inspiring video! So, basically, the only differences between 603 and 605 are the speakers and the cabinet. The rest is exactly the same. Right? Francesco

Gear4music Both owns the PHA-50 action wich is an hybrid of wood and plastic. Right? So, the differences are: cabinet, speakers, polished ebony option and stream music by bluetooth.

Very strange that you can't stream music from your device to the piano speakers are on the 603 but you can from the 605. I don't understand why Roland would block that part of Bluetooth connectivity

It's all about business, so you can spend more on the higher models to access additional features.

I suspect they blocked it because the 603 has a less sophisticated sound board. In order to play over streaming music, they would have to include a mixer (probably implemented on a DSP). It makes sense that they have that as part of the sound board for the 605, which also includes extra amps, mixers, and DSP functions to support all the interesting things they do with that.

I have a Roland HP605 and it came with exercises downloaded on it. Where can I get the visuals for these exercises so I can play along with the lesson?

Thank you for your help. I have updated to the current version on my HP605 and have made sure that my iPad is up to date. I downloaded both Piano Partner 1 and 2 and they will only let me access flash cards. The piano will play my saved music so I know the Bluetooth is on but when I try to access Piano Partner 2 and click on settings the Bluetooth MIDI devise screen HP605_3 says it is offline. I am stuck. Can you help?
