Fun fact: the slave driver Zeb fights is named Proach after Pat Roach, who played some of the characters who fought Indiana Jones in the original movies. The music in that scene is very similar to the music that plays in Raiders of the Lost Ark when Indy fights the airplane mechanic, one of the characters played by Roach! That's just one example of times when Rebels music imitates John Williams music from other movies!

You’ve seen those droids a lot of times in this series already Lando had a few, Vazago used in them to guard his ship. Azmorigon had a couple. And not forget the time that they were there guarding the fuel depot in season two. These droids date-back all the way to the comics in 1994. And concept of the original films back in 1976. The look of these designs pre-date that all the way back into the 1950’s. Have you ever heard of Ray punk? Where do you think George got the idea of these things?

Those crawlers were originally called planet devastators. They were first introduced in a comic series as another imperial super weapon. Essentially, they will cruise around the surface of the planet and consume and destroy everything in their reach. These things will be automated and there would be a lot of them. R2 D2 was able to hack into the main computer of one of these things, and force them all to collide to each other.

The ore crawlers were nice touch taking from legends as there was similar ones in legends The World Devastators Super weapons the empire had in heir to the empire and Rogue squadrons video games

Probably my least favourite episode of season 4.

Rebels is so bad. The worst droid in all of Star wars (Chopper) The worst character in all of Star Wars (Zebb) The most inept cast of characters in all of Star Wars The 2 most useless Jedi in all of Star Wars The most laughable Mandalorian in all of Star Wars (the hot topic/forever 21 Mandalorion that is Sabine) The stupidest villains in all of Star Wars (the Inquisitors and their little helicopter lightsabers) The dumbest gimmick in all of Star Wars (the helicopter lighstabers from season...2?) And on top of that you had awful animation (the pencil thin lightsabers... who thought that was a good idea) and boring stories. They also turned Thrawn into an absolute joke. The "man" couldn't even find and eliminate the bunch of idiots that make up the crew of the Ghost. Also the effort to make Ahsoka some super powerful Jedi when she didn't even complete her training, was never shown to be super powerful, and in fact left the order entirely, and yet she can 1v1 Vader.... So dumb. Ahsoka would get dog walked by any proper master, much less her own. It makes sense that this was was the start of Disney-Wars... it started off shit and continues to be shit. Acolyte looks laughably bad, like some fan fiction with a budget. Star Wars died with Disney, was briefly brought back to life with Andor, and then died again. Hopefully it can rise again at some point, but I doubt it. Rebels is so bad.
