That's how usually people think but it doesn't always work that way. A company specialising in something vs a company from a totally different industry trying to undercut onto a different industry they don't have an expertise on. Not good business

Nowaday with database. It is not hard to do this. The harder part is marketing to the hotels and pitch as some hotels do not want to do this

Day passes make tons of sense. I have a friend that rents her decked out back yard for events like receptions, parties, and family gatherings. Her backyard has a killer view on a hill, sick pool, and perfect landscaping so makes sense to have someone using it when she’s not. Doing this on a larger scale with hotels is brilliant though. Thanks Cody👏🏼

This business isn't managing a hotel. It's the interaction between hotels and customers. That's quite different from actually owning and operating a hotel.

I develop SAAS and tbh, this double sided saas is not my fav cuz it takes a lot of capital to build, market and not easy to scale. I wouldn’t recommend it as saas.
