Sinn Féin President Gerry Adams, commenting on the result of the Scottish independence referendum said, "all of us now need to focus on getting the Westminster elites, the Prime Minister and the leaders of the two other main political parties to honour the commitments made - not least about the north - where Mr. Cameron said there needed to be extra powers given." He went on to say that "London was notorious for making and breaking commitments but we will try and keep them to that."
