Great video ! I like the all-in-one hot side system. And I'll probably go for an immersion chiller but would prefer the ends bent over a bit further. Just in case the connections leak, I wouldn't want it dripping back into the kettle.

Brilliant video on the Brewster 40, do you guys have a profile for this unit on the brewfather? Only has the 30 and 70 versions

Great video as always, have ye ever tried to stock Tilt Hydrometers, been using one for a while in a raspberry Pi setup and would be lost without it.

yeah we tried them and found the brand we trialled inconsistent and didn't want to list them because of that

Quick Question: Using an all in one, During the mash recirculation should you let the liquor go down the overflow pipe, I have seen both yes and no online in answering this. I believe you should use it to keep your elements covered however in doing this you should expect some loss in efficiency.

Given that most mashes can take 60 mins i reckon recirculating and allowing some to go down the overflow pipe isn't an issue at all and i don't think you would lose any efficiency

I’ve taken far too long to decide on which all in one to get however I think I’m almost there, veering towards the Brewster 70. One question for you guys though, really like your company and the recipe packs, have ordered a few now, however are you looking at ways to reduce your use of plastic?

Yeah I don't think you'll look back if you go for a BB70. We have been looking at ways to reduce plastic, we tried paper malt bags but the trial wasn't successful and we are actively trying to find materials that will stand up to the courier services
