Thank you for explaining. I had the probe wrong way round. This needs to be explained in the instruction booklet

I’m so glad I watched this as I had the probe upside down ( it doesn’t explain it on the leaflet that I could see?) I think this needs to be addressed. Really helpful explanation thank you

Is this a good idea to use when someone has Multiple Sclerosis?

I’m just starting new on P01 the leaflet says do this for 4 weeks but this video seems to jump to 10 quite quickly. I don’t feel any pelvic floor contractions. Just a knocking sensation during the work phase. I don’t know if the glide is suitable for me as I have atrophy.

If it safe is my main concern I’ve had 3 vag births I’m 37 and feel like this could be good but I don’t want it to damage in the long run. How long have you been using it if you don’t mind me asking
