Ive tried but they seem to not be interested. Usually the popper works better in the surf or jetty. If you really put the time into a popper im sure you can get them to bite🔥

I been fishing that spot for over 25yrs, it's ashame people are trashing it more and more, very good spot but the way people are treating it, I'm surprised it's still open. I hate to say it's almost better to fish a spot without Makin a video cause these morons will soon come and trash that area too. I completely understand your videos is worth doing and making, love the excitement yall put on, I hunt and fish, so I know the feeling, but I don't show my spots or areas.

@GGAnglers Yes, I enjoyed yalls videos, Actually that area was close for a while, they had a barrier then some fence, but didn't stop anyone, They Game warden and cops were making there rounds thru there very often like every couple hours, they want vehicles on one side parking then they had a area on the other side were lil road goes to the rocks, if you park and block the area they were towing cars. I will continue to watch yalls videos, Tightlines

I love both and still use the slammer. I like the slammer for soaking baits and its great for lures when you know the fish are there. The Saragosa is super light and I can cast big/heavy lures with it all day. 🔥

Fish the flood gates alot....love your vids the mosquitoes are bad but use SKIN SO SOFT with the sunscreen thank me later off Amazon comes in green or silver bottles sells out fast. That spray last longer than any Mosquito spray you use. I been using this for bout 15yrs now when fishing from freshwate/saltwater fishing out in pacific northwest. To now out here since moving this way 2yrs ago. Originally from southern GA army veteran but skim so soft Amazon green or silver bottles. Mosquitoes will fly around you but not land on and bite you.

thats a good public service statement about the trash... i make a concerted effort to clean up around where im about to cast, people are disgusting and disrespectful.. and like you said it makes you feel like youre fishing in a dumpster. I bring a pair of rubber gloves and a trash bag, and do a light cleanup beforehand.. its a shame.
