Hopefully this will put everyone's mind at rest. Thank you to Lyalvale Express and BASC as always. All the best, Alex

Shame to much background noise

How on earth could you release this film, with so much background noise?
@thomasashton7374 Жыл бұрын
Just be patient- its people enjoying themselves, and its the information which is important.

@@thomasashton7374 indeed it is.but very distracting and difficult to hear what is actually being said.which is surely the point?

Well I thought people would want to know about steel shot and side-by-sides that was my thinking you see…. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed it and found it immersive 😂 Thanks for watching x

Great video. Really useful information- very much appreciated. Good to see busy shop too with people clearly enjoying themselves!

The Wad used for steel shot is the critical piece. MG42 holds up to BB shot steel very well with no barrel contact. If the steel shot never touches the barrel then no problem.

Nice video, and answers the BIG question sensibly. I understand some of the comments about background noise; But that's the sound of people having fun.

Thank you, yes, you're right and it was such a good day. Thanks for watching x

What a breath of fresh air you are Giles. Absolutely bang on advice and attitude towards steel. (And as we know other alloys are now on the market) I shoot Edwardian guns and have no issue shooting steel. Great video. Phil Turner. Gun barrel maker. Bozard & Co.

It's very hard to decipher what the man is saying. Pls select a better sound environment. No music nec., intro or during the filming. Thx

So one of the UK's best known dealers in vintage guns tells us they are safe to use with steel shot... hmmmm. His body language shows he thinks otherwise. I suggest he removes his BASC cap because they have failed UK shooters (his customers) miserably.

Hey, thanks for your comment. We did try steel down them all. Giles is a genuine guy I just sprung the filming on him as you could probably tell. I’m sorry you aren’t happy with BASC. I hope you have a good look through the channel and see some of the pieces I have done on the Association. Thanks again for your comment.

If going head to head against Wild Justice and their fellow travellers and defending our sport in the courts is failing shooters what else would you have them do?

Great but far far too much noise in the background, can i suggest you re record this very informative issue again and tell every one else to shut the hell up, sorry but not very professionally recorded, very disappointing compared to other recordings you have done.

Well I was lucky to get there and have Giles' time, I went to get the footage and info and it was part of an existing Sustainable Ammo Day organised by BASC. People had a lot of questions and the event was busy. I really had no right to tell everyone to shut up but naturally I wish I could have. Even so, I still think its better released than not x Thanks for your comment and thanks for always watching my films x
