This full body toning and strengthening workout uses weights and cardio with an abdominal finisher to strengthen and sculpt your entire body. In this workout you have 2 rounds of 5 minutes of compound exercises, 2 rounds of 3 minutes of cardio and an abdominal finisher. This is my special birthday workout and we are going to have fun. Use the weights that are best for you and take your time. Make this your own.
