Ab work with resistance/weighted is the best way because you won't need to cut as much to gwt visible abs. Then, if you decide to cut, it will be even more defined because your thicker abs will have deeper cuts

@@Poeticbladezeroget 2 dining chairs, put one on your left, one on your right. put hands on the back of each as if you were doing a dip. You can do these leg raises from that position

cutting is the only way to get abs. you definitely don’t get them on a bulk 😂

You wont get ripped abs by just cutting. Same applies for biceps, just as chest too, for example, just as every other muscle. First you build it, then you define it. Abs do not grow by just cutting. You have to train them.

The abs are not connected to the leg's,the hip adductors lifting your legs

True, but if you curl your hips a bit at the end of the movement it will indeed work your abs, and it seems like he's doing it so I'd still call that legit
