【Sugar Free] 100% Rice Flour Maple Bread|No Mixer|No Psyllium|Plant Based|Gluten Free (No Wheat Flour)

Ingredients (1 loaf / using Tomizawashoten Ulster bread case)
→Mold used: tomiz.com/item/00755900
280g rice flour (Mizuho Chikara)
4g dry yeast
15g rice oil
4g Salt 4g
190g~(200g) Water
50g Maple syrup
10 minutes at room temperature
→40 °C (104 °F) / about 40 minutes (until the dough has fermented to about 80~90% of the mold)
→170 °C (338 °F) / 20 min.
→200°C (392°F)/20 min.
→If the dough is not browned enough, remove the lid and bake at 200°C (392°F)/5~8 minutes (until the surface is browned).
