Earl Grey Chiffon Cake
105 g white + 45 g sugar A
32g of oil
45 g yolk + 20 g sugar B
Milk 55g + Earl Grey 5g = Use only Earl Grey Milk 45g
Tough rice flour 60g
10g corn starch
Earl Grey Powder 2g
Chanty cream
400g of whipped cream + 40g of sugar + 2g of koengtor
*After whipped cream, leave 20% and mix the rest with 1g of earl grey powder.
I used Twining for Earl Grey Tea. When you make Earl Grey milk, if you don't have Ipari tea, open a tea bag and use it 1 tea bag = 2g.
Coengtor is orange liquor, you can use other products. (If not, add rum.)
