【Rice flour sweets】 Rice flour chocolate canele|Gluten free (wheat flour free)|Komehyaku(100% rice flour)
◎Rice flour is gluten-free, so there is no need to let the dough rest and it can be baked right away.

Ingredients
10g butter for the mold
230g milk
5g butter
30g sugar
30g rice flour (Mizuhochikara)
If you use a different rice flour, the amount of moisture will change.
20g cocoa powder
1/2 tablespoon rum (if available)
1 egg
210°C (410°F) / 50 min.
Cover with aluminum foil if it looks like it is going to burn.
Bake at 374°F (190°C) or cover with aluminum foil if it is browning.
