👉 INGREDIENTS:

For a patty about 30-35 centimetres in diameter.
For the dough:
150 g rice flour
150 g buckwheat flour
100 g tapioca starch
5 g sugar
5 g salt
100 g olive oil (you can use tuna oil)
150 g milk or vegetable drink
50 g egg
½ teaspoon sweet paprika
7 g xanthan gum
For the filling:
1.5 kg of peppers
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
140-150 g (drained weight) tuna in olive oil
Oregano
Salt to taste
Egg for brushing
