I just wanted to say I know you don't always have the time but I greatly appreciate the full length video more than shorts. It's great to listen to while working, cooking, whatever. The shorts are very informative though! That's just my opinion. Love your channel and I'm always eagerly waiting for new videos.

Great inside on what could be going on thanks

Tepper doesn't spend his whole day thinking about football. He has a lot of irons in a lot of fires. He wants someone he can trust to bring success on the football end. Ruhle failed. Fitterer failed. Changing the management structures will hopefully make that success possible and allow Tepper to relax and enjoy his drinks.

Cam offered himself as President, which more or less fits the VP of Ops position you described. I don't personally like Cam in that role unless he starts lower and works him way up through proven successes. Tepper i feel will meddle less if he sees a good/growing product. He's been getting more and more involved bc our product sucks, and he just makes it worse. We HAVE to nail every office staff hire this off season - unfortunately this seems like an impossible task at the moment.

Nobody can right the ship so long as Tepper keeps interfering with decisions. The best GM in sports will fail if the owner doesn't allow them to do their job. I have hope that Tepper will hire competent people and actually leave them alone to do what they were hired for...

The quarterback we traded for and dumped (Mayfield) AND the qb we passed on in the draft (Stroud) are BOTH in the playoffs. ...Meanwhile we're looking at being even worse next year. And every bit of this misery comes directly from Tepper.

“Super GM”

new GM got his work cut out for him...but i think carolina has a piece or two to the puzzle and thats better than nothing. starting with letting Chark walk: he didnt show enough this season to warrant another 10m in cap space. trade Donte Jackson: we can get someone cheaper and younger that will have similar production as much as i love jackson. the 4th or 5th round pick we could get for him helps too. resign Burns and Luvu, extend Brown and Horn, cut bozeman, restructure contracts for Sanders, Moton and Corbett to create even more cap space. sign Tyron Smith and move move Ikky to left gaurd so the O-line is Smith, Ekwonu, Christensen, Corbett, Moton (not amazing but functional, plus Mays will be better and you can get a guy in 2nd or 3rd round). give Tee Higgins a blank check and throw your hat into the Mike Evans sweepstakes and pick up Moose Muhammed in the later rounds plus using one of your first two picks on a reciever so you can have Theilan, higgins, maybe evans, ISM, a best recievers available at 33 and Muhammad plus Young being more developed behind an improved, healthy, non Taylor Moton down year offensive line and carolina could get 5-7 wins and compete in the NFC south considering it looks like the we still are gonna have the 3 stooges as the other head coaches in the division depending on who atlanta gets. they aint got much to offer argubly less than Carolina so they aint getting Belichich, Harbaugh, or Johnson, or Vrabel.
