It wouldn’t have entered my head to make my own gnocchi but it’s so simple! I buy it sometimes as I like it but my son isn’t keen as he finds them too stodgy. The shop bought ones are definitely quite firm. It looked delicious. 😋

I always cook and mash the potato the day before as I find it easier to handle and it sticks less when it’s cold

Maybe some lemon zest, and then you've got the juice for another time.

I got some gnocci from Llydl to try when it was Italian week, it has tomato and mozzerella filling but wasn't sure what sauce to have with it. I did not realize it was made with potatoe haha.

Does nduja have any taste of smoked paprika? I won't try it because I don't like the paprika element (or chorizo, peperami etc)

u dont get much of the sausage your tinned toms i always cut the stalk end of you dont get that hard bit in your food
