Output: the jade object that goes up and then turn 90 degrees.
The jade object has revolution joint with two pink sliding nuts.
Two orange screws receive rotation from the input worm shaft thanks to worm drives of orange worm wheels.
Green gear is fixed to the jade object. The interraction between the green gear and yellow stationary rack causes the jade object to rotate 90 degrees.

Do you think it could be used to extend an round convex mirror to see traffic outside garage door, before starting to drive the car forward towards the street? Because I have absolutely no view on exterior situation (pedestrians, bicycles, car trafic) if I don't drive at least 1,50m outwards. Such a special "deformation" mirror to look outside while being in the car, seems essential for safety, but it is impossible to attach a fix mirror outside. So the mirror has to return inside the garage when the garage door is closed (i.e. goes down).

Place the mirror on an arm that rotates outside after opening the door. It turns back before closing the door. The arm and the door are controlled by a remote controller.
