Thankyou Depends on the cut of meat ; And country Pork Vindaloo ( GOA ) after first whistle cook on medium for 7mins , Than add the onions to the cooked meat , at first whistle switch off the flame. I hope this helps please feel free to ask for further tips ❤

Sorry ; Its the fat on the pork meat ,unfortunately in Goa they sell meat with thick layer of fat , you can always use less fat meat or scoop the oil like I do when serving ❤.( Goa pigs are far too healthy 😂😂😂)

Pork fat(lard) in moderation itself is necessary for excellent flavor for Pork and other dishes as well.

This video was filmed in Goa . The pork I cooked had a lot of fat ,unfortunately there was no meat with less fat , but you can always scoop the fat and discard it . I did the same .❤❤
