Higashiyama Zoo in Japan, where it is getting very hot.
On these hot days, Shabani often lies down and rests.
Shabani's son Kiyomasa and daughter Annie, who usually play hard, were playing modestly.
Indoors, they were playing as usual, full of energy.
It is going to get hotter, so I hope the gorillas will be careful of heat stroke.

Shabani was born in the Appenheul Primate Park, Netherlands.
Nene was born wild in Cameroon.
The other three were born in the Higashiyama Zoo in Japan.

Kiyomassa”s feelings toward Annie don’t appear to be lascivious (as if these beautiful, blessed, innocent creatures could be). They are just comfortable with each other-true best friends…which personally, I can attest, is a rare thing between siblings!! I can stand about 5 minutes of my sister before I find myself wishing she’d go home!! hahaha

Shabani, at 1:47, looks relaxed and comfortable. It is good to see Annie and Kiyomasa playing indoors and looking so unstressed. I think Annie has put back some weight. Thanks for the video-I like being able to hear Annie drum on her chest.

Kiyomassa and Annie have such an extraordinary relationship. It’s beautiful to watch. They truly love and care for each other. 💖💖💖

Oh boy, I saw a video of them TWO years ago where Shabani was outside and they were inside almost like this doing the oral at the same time and then Annie on top . Shocked me to death I thought it was recent but was dated 2 years ago. Stuff has been going on awhile. They are really lovey and kissy with each other. I don't know what they are going to do now. It is going to be very heartbreaking for them to be separated, but this can't go on, what a disaster that is going on in these zoos, I don't even know what to say or do. Are the visitors saying anything or contacting anyone in Japan animal rescue or government. Do these zoos have no plans in place for these gorillas at kiyo zoo , here , or Rickys zoo. They just can't keep this going on? Or at least starting to work together and come up with a solution? Someone Help!

They aren’t humans with human sensibilities, religious indignation or consequences. Annie is very likely on a birth control hormone implant, so it’s all just entertainment and affection for them. If people can’t handle it, they can always just look away. The Veterinarians there at the Zoo know a hundred times more than we do about what’s best for them.

I must have missed it, I don't see anything particularly sexual in the video. Just the 2 of them playing. I think they must have had "plans" for the future offspring when Haoko and Shabani were brought over from Australia for breeding. Them being brothers would limit the ability for any of their children to mate with other's the same age. Right now only Annie can breed with the Momotaro guys. So they will need to exchange some of Haoko's girls for non-related females. Zoos move them around all the time. It is how Tayari ended up in Taipei Zoo from Apenheul recently. It just take a bit of coordination and time. Though I agree, Annie needs to be on birth control and unfortunately, so does Ai.

@@GiselSimon they didn't complete anything today, the one I saw was 2 years ago, I was positive I saved it but can't find it, it is either removed or I need to keep looking. I know Annie can only be with Gentaro which is what I hope. I am so happy that Tayari and Iriki went there for Djeeco and so is Tayari lol. What an amazing matchup that was

@@sonjavandam1306 if you follow troops you would know from their KZfaq channel they did mate. the action of animals coming together to breed; copulation. "ovulation occurs only if mating has taken place. She was in "estrus" she is definitely old enough to "mate" I've seen him mate with "Nene" his mother I've seen him mate with "Ai" if your a fan of the Shabani Troope you would know this. Rumors are false. I'm stating facts.

Her belly is actually small for a gorilla. All of them are pretty skinny. I know they get plenty to eat and everything, it is just their body type I guess.

Annie suffered from depression months back and also had a bacteria issue in her gut, she's since gained weight. But they are nonetheless thinner Gorrilas.

Too close. Get Annie out of there so she can have a life and bring in another female for Shabini. Maybe one not old as dirt like Nene and one not as frigid as AI. I bet if they did bring one in for Shabini AI would get up off of it. That silverback deserves better. I was under the impression that these gorillas were in captivity to breed!!! I guess they are really there for money. It figures.
