I'm at work and I get a notification that Wes posted a video, so I go to the utility closet and start watching that shit. I just did 6 in Ohio for trafficking...level 3 for 4 years, then level 2 for the last 2. I saw a lot go down in there. But I didn’t let it define me. My husband was wounded in Kunar Province, Afghanistan. He was shot in the back and right leg. Its been 3 years and while he is'nt a crybaby about anything that has happened, he is'nt doing well. I would give a thousand dollars if Wes could talk to him. Cheer John(my husband) up a bit. I don't know how Wes feels about our combat vets, much less a disabled veteran, but I think it would do John a world of good.

As I listen to your stories , I realise how much different my experience getting locked up was. I was sentenced to a FCI camp for a misdemeanor in the late 90's. The prison politics werent as strict if that makes sense. Granted most of the folks I was locked up with were white collar , doctors , or folks coming to the end of a long sentence . No one wanted to fuck up at the very end is what I imagine so there were very few fights etc. Race was there but not much of a issue . I did tattoos in there , and I tattooed black muslims , essays , white guys , whoever could pay . Stuff I imagine wouldnt fly in a state joint. This is going to sound fucked up but I'm glad I went , because it gave me a small taste of what was in store for me if I kept going doing the same shit and expecting a different result. I knew the next time I messed up I was probably going behind the fence as we would say. Ive done my best to change and it seems to have worked. Just have to realise whats more important to you I reckon. Thanks for your videos man , maybe they'll help keep someone out of the joint.
