Dude does not get enough credit. He embodies his characters so well that you completely forget it’s Mike under the costume. Similar to Tom hanks in Forrest Gump and Johnny Depp in pirates. But to do it time and time again, multiple characters in the same movies is genius acting.

Mike Myers is one of those artists who creates and portrays characters that stay with you long after the movie ends. It's a rare gift these days. Well ironically he and Dana Carvey didn't talk for many years because Dana felt Mike stole his Lorne Michaels impression to create Dr. Evil and didn't even have him in the movie. They only recently buried the hatchet as Dana discusses on Howard Stern and Mike finally appeared on Dana and Spade's podcast (which I felt was very awkward).
