As a long time viewer, former pilot (medical gone), and aviation fan, all I can say is that there are thinkers; engineers, draftsman, designers, machinists, welders, craftsman, Carbon fiber experts, artisans and pilots. You sir are all of the above and then some. Thank you for bringing us along on your journey. I am humbled.

To all of the kitplane manufacturers out there, I hope you’re paying attention to Mike’s videos. He’s given you all a bunch of free R&D.

Never have I been so "Involved" in the detailed and thoroughly "Explained" building of anything outside of my work... I am lovin this from the very beginning ... I grew up in a machine shop so there's very little that I don't savy the how and why of. I had to quit flying (6444L Grunman American) when my depth perception faded away ... Thanks Mike, you light up my life ....(I'm 81 this year)!

You continue to amaze me. I don't know how you do it. Some musicians can 'see' tones, artists can visual finished works even before they start. You see solutions to problems that most people just accept as 'that's the way it is.' Your ability to design in your head, at least that's the way it comes across, is amazing. I couldn't even begin to think about doing what you do. I couldn't even begin to know where to start to see the answers for all your issues. Kind of like Al Mooney? Clyde Cessna, and even Bill Piper? An aircraft designer who refuses to follow the standards, and does things better. You are a driven man, Mikey, and the world is a better place for it!

Mike ... Absolutely the finest door to every be put on a CUB. We were able to view the door and reflection in the left window during the taxi run-ups, so knew they were completed. Thanks for bringing us along! Your engineering & creativity is fun to experience! My Dad who we lost 12/10/20 was like that, baffling engineers who he worked with. He basically had an internal cad like imagination, but the ability to create what he saw within.
