Wonderful to see these two icons together at the time of the 'Bulletproof Heart' album. I love their gutsy, just don't care, attitudes. I never knew she stabbed one of her boyfriends though. I must get reading her memoirs!

Perfectly fitting jacket. Most ppl say they "threw up their hands," before proceeding to do something, she says while in jail she "threw up her legs" before writing songs.

Hula Beulah she speaks about 5 different languages and depending on where she is she adopts that accent. She said that in an interview once.

Actress-singer Grace Jones was found innocent of cocaine possession charges in Kingston, Jamaica. “It’s a weight off my head,” she told reporters outside a courtroom after the verdict was read. “That justice was finally done is very important.” Jones, 37, a Jamaican, had been accused of possessing a fraction of a gram of cocaine that was found in her handbag in a police raid last April 8 on a suburban Kingston mansion. She pleaded innocent. Jones had testified she believed Michelle Knight, her husband’s ex-lover, had planted the drugs in her handbag.

Interesting her talking about every time she goes to Jamaica negative stuff happens, because in her concert recently she talked about going to Jamaica and got stuck there because covid-19 happened and the travel shutdown.
