This grapefruit and rosemary mocktail recipe is delicious, and my kids love it too.

Grapefruit is one of my all time favourite fruits, and the rosemary tastes amazing with it!
Even better, grapefruit is loaded with nourishing vitamins, and is even more nutrient dense than oranges. It’s great for your immune system and high in antioxidants. And because this drink is alcohol free, its even better for your immune system ;)
Note you will have enough rosemary syrup for 4 drinks, this will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
Note on sweetener: I used monk fruit sweetener for this mocktail recipe, you could also use Stevia, honey or another sweetener of your choice.
