Nice video Rob - have those greasers for the Polaris, 2 different sizes (front and back), don't need to take all it apart other than the hub and it slides right in, 12 minutes a side start to finish, it is the way to go versus changing bearings all the time. Cheers

Nice work, I have the tool, only used it once on previous machine and bearing failed anyway, to much grease was added and cooked them. Then replaced the bearings and trashed them beating them in. Here on in I'm buying the hub with bearing already installed and throwing in only 6 pumps of grease on install.

Hadn't even thought of it, maybe if I get some time but I have a busy summer planned this year...at least I hope it goes how I would like. Last year was pretty lame for me. Thanks Man!

I just got my 2023 HD7. How long did you run before you greased them? I dont get in mud and water with mine. And what size greaser do i need? They have different sizes

I greased them about 5 months after I got it. I'm thinking 28mm but don't hold me to it, been awhile since I bought that greaser. Thanks!

I believe it's a 28mm. I bought it many years ago, don't remember from whom but you can punch can am outlander greaser into Amazon and lots will come up. Good luck...

Covered but not sealed as a real sealed bearing would be...

wow only 1000 km and you have to grease the bearings ,Can am is really cheap with the grease !!

Ya, not much grease put in them at the factory, if you don't grease them you'll be changing them in no time. I would rather try and make them last LOL! Thanks Vance!
