Thanks for the excellent video. Very informative and well explained. For my brothers bike. We never would have known about the retaining pins. He asked local repair shop if he needed a puller. They just told him to bring the bike in. Now we know where not to buy parts. Thanks again.

Thanks a lot for the video,my question is that big burring who holds thoes 2 smoll springs in the sharley of the primary clutch that barring must move to the front or back

Nice video. My defender 1000 has gotten VERY hard to shift, I assume this is why.

potentially, look into the primary and see if either side of the clutch is touching the belt, if not then it is the bearing.

I need to see if I can order bearings for the primary side of a Can-Am 1000 also need to order the grease you guys use in the clutch pulling tool

We do not carry the bearings any longer, but the rest is on our site.

Hi, do you actually need to re-install the friction washer? Seen many people not re-installing it and not having any issues

@@Hunterworks the one that goes on the spring cup that goes against the one way bearing, many models before had none

If they put one it needs to be there. I can’t see a reason you would want to leave it out

To improve shifting and stopping secondary spinning "yes one ways a re new" everything feels smoother i guess without thats small friction washer, anyways, was just checking for input if u ever heard or seen this done, ill keep looking into it
