500 g aubergines
500 g potatoes
For the meat
3 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion (about 150 g)
2 cloves of garlic
750 g minced meat
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon tomato concentrate
400 g crushed tomato
80 ml red wine
For the béchamel sauce
800 ml milk
80 g butter
80 g cornstarch
Salt, pepper and nutmeg
80 g Parmesan cheese
