75 g corn starch
25 g potato starch
1.5 g xanthan gum
1 g salt
2 g sugar
200 g water
For the filling
150 g fresh spinach
75 g onion
1 clove garlic
125 g feta cheese
Salt and pepper
Oil for brushing and for the frying pan
