Next time please explain to the audience that the Greek Pork Chops are of Greek Mythical size in comparison to the ones you get in Europe. I have eaten porkchops in whole of Europe and they are tiny next to the Greek ones.

I think you really missed an opportunity to get a LOT better herb flavor but putting the herbs in The food processor with the marinade

In sauce you put olive oil lemon zest lemon juice garlic mustard and after mustard and what did you put I couldn’t understand

Γεια σασ Ακισ. I am Canadian, have been watching your shows to learn Greek cooking. I need to learn because I have a holiday home in the old town of Rodos. When I am in Rodos I wish to cook Greek style. I have learned to cook this meal and it is wonderful. I have use Αρνι, βοδινο & λουκανικο and added peppers, carrot & eggplant to the mix. Always good. When are you coming to Rodos?

Oh my gawddd... I've always thought pork chops are too much work, too dry, no flavor, leathery and tough but holy mackerel was I wrong...! I made these for the lemony potatoes, but the pork chop made this one of the best things I've ever tasted. Akis, you have saved pork chop's reputation now. These are fantastic. Newly subscribed...

Akis man we want more recipes like the stuffed grilled squid that you did on Jamie Oliver's KZfaq channel... thats the best meal I've had in my life. I keep trying most of your recipes but that one is the best by far far... cheers!
