I love season 6. There's less action than in previous season, but the writing and the dialogues are so well crafted

Last two seasons are just so bad compared to the rest. People complain about season 4 but season 4 still feels like the same show. S5 and S6 are a completely different and very mediocre show.

This episode is a nice ending to the paintball phenomenon because it's mysterious and exciting. I didn't think I would love this episode more than the first paintball, but I do. Sorry for that🙈

The later seasons of the show are shot in a more "daytime" setting and light, but, after the initial seasons where things took place at night and the lighting was entirely different, I just can't get used to it.

For the 6th season, they were also filming in a different location. Hence why in the first episode of season 6, the roof collapsed destroying the cafeteria so they had to rebuild it (this was the producers way of explaining why the cafeteria looks different.

Yeah everything in this scene seems to be cheaply green-screened in eg Jeff throws a PNG of a paintball gun at 1:09 I think they did this to save a bit on time, and/or for safety reasons since they weren't wearing eye protection

From a writing and pacing perspective, which is what the show excelled at, season 4 is a disaster. It felt the same but the soul was barely hanging on, like a lingering fart. S5 was rough and kind of dark (visually) but otherwise was such a great return to form. S6 was a more matured and grown up version of the show that it’s own distinct flavor that I think was absolutely excellent. It’s definitely different, and I know a lot of people loved the show for its “groove” bc season 3 was far more loved by the overall fan base than me, but S6 is beautiful and has great character growth and some of the weirdest/funniest jokes and most effortlessly funny writing of all the whole series
