I was so excited when we went grocery shopping and I only spent $596.19. I thought I got a lot of groceries because we really needed to stock up on fruits and veggies and just may be a little bit of stuff for the pantry but not much. And when the cashiering us out, I was all smiles. I couldn’t hardly believe it.
I’ve been really trying hard to make sure that I don’t go shopping until refrigerators are almost empty and I’m making sure to only top off our pantry unless something is completely off. Because I just don’t want to throw out food that didn’t get eaten. It really bothers me when I have to throw food away so I’ve been just trying so hard like my husband asked to only go shopping when we need to.
I’m a little behind on my Vlogs because we’ve had really bad weather and our Wi-Fi hasn’t been working. So next up is our last day in Tennessee on spring break and then our Easter grocery hall and getting Easter ready, making the dinner, putting the eggs together and the baskets, and then the actual egg hunt. So please be patient with me. You will see them this week. I also have some more recipes for cooking 101 class that’s coming

@John Cotner Hailey has her own house, Brendon and rob live in the rental home the bells have. (Same one their biological parents rented before the dad passed) Josh I believe has a studio on property also, though i could be mistaken. She's mentioned it in other videos!

This gives me inspiration! I have not grocery shopped in three months! So I do need to do a huge restock and I’m ready! Also, was proud that I had a good enough pantry to sustain me for those nearly four months after a hospital stay.

When Hubby and Son have a guys night dinner they chop up Spam and eat with eggs. We get the sugar free Sweet Baby Rays and add Stevia. The sweetness caramelizes on the meat and makes it yummy.

You are in for a treat! She's one of a kind..very family oriented & NEVER wastes food! Her older ones either live close or on their 50+ acres. They have a farm they run w chickens 🐔 and eggs 🥚 🪺..selling them both..plus a successful Concrete business..all of the kids either work OR help if they are school aged. She still has 2 in school. 1 son Gideon us their biological child..the others are adopted. Some after fostering..but she allows the families IF healthy meaning from drug/substances. Then the kids extend family's share in the fun! They 1st adopted David..then Joshua when he was 2. The only thing she shared was that he was a shaken baby & not expected to thrive..but boy did he! Joshy as she calls him graduated HS & not only helps out @ the family business's..but has a job @ the local supermarket! Then came Gideon via birth after 8 long years of infertility!! Then at 5 1/2 mos old came Isabella aka Izzy who was adopted through FosterCare when she was 2 1/2..then came Hailey..she was the FosterCare child that wanted a family that went to church & lived on a farm. Her wish came true! At 8 yrs old they adopted her...Then came Robert & his biological brothers Brendan & Noah came at 10, 8 & 3 yrs old. In 2010 their Father Robert Sr died unexpectedly...he had worked for Papa Bell & Rented a home from them. It only seemed fitting to adopt all 3 boys in 2011 & the rest is history..Brendan & Robert live together & Hailey just purchased her house about a year ago I believe..Heather Bell strives for them to be independent. Yet they still gather for meals every time they can. Oh & they have GORGEOUS Clydesdale Horses aka Budweiser horses 🐎 😂 hope this helps..I've been watching a long time! 😂😂😂❤❤❤❤ nothing fake here like the Dougherty Dozen..she's awful!

I don't know if people realize this or not, but taco seasoning is incredibly easy to make yourself. My Mom has been doing it for years and you can completely cut the salt out of it if you want it to be healthier. You do need some specific spices though. Just wanted to let you know, Mama Bell. If you want the exact recipe I can post it here. From a Yooper (born and raised for 6 years) and now living in Wisconsin. I miss Yooperland.

They truly are a real family. Nothing fake like that other family Dougherty Dozen she wastes food & has ppl thinking they actually eat everything she makes when they clearly don't..& the DD can't cook its cringey to watch! She thought chicken came in pieces not weight! & marinated so she says .chicken in BBQ sauce..so everyone thought ok she's gonna bake it covered? Nope grilled it on a filthy grill that hadn't been cleaned in a year & burnt it bc chicken should not hv BBQ sauce on a grill to the very end..cooking 101 😂..so IF you watch her please don't believe her lies...THIS channel is REAL cooking. REAL life ❤

You are such an awesome mom. I always worked when my kids were growing up so I always at work when my kids got up but their grandma lived with us so she got up with the kids. Nowadays at 73 I stay up late up l sleep till I wake up sometimes till 11 am. So now I'm not a morning person

My daughters both live in Montana..one in Kalispell where it's more populated..but my youngest & her husband not so much. She had to drive to go to Walmart or Sam's Club. I lol when she said the Local Pharmacy was closed on weekends & that she got her packages 📦 sometimes from the Pharmacy 😂😂 I said oh boy the pharmacist really knows EVERYONE'S business 😂😂😂😂their rent is low thankfully now..but they had to move from Missoula bc during Covid her then Landlord knew if he didn't renew her lease he could get so much more. She was paying 800 for a 2 bd house..it was small but served its purpose ..the new lease if she chose to stay was $1100! Nope they relocated & found a house for $600 abt 30 min from Great Falls! Montana is GORGEOUS! if I didn't have to care for my MIL w dementia we would move to be closer to the kids. Who are only 24&25..1 year & 2 days apart..went there for college & never left 😂😂

My favorite pie for Easter is lemonade pie. We also like a chocolate pie made with a Hershey’s almond bar. For Thanksgiving we do a maple pumpkin cheesecake with a maple pecan glaze.

Have you tried spam salad? It's macaroni peas celery cheese onion and mayo. It's the bomb. Lol and spam. I use 2 cans of spam diced a bag of frozen peas 2lbs of colby jack cheese diced and 5 to 6 stalks of celery diced medium onion diced and a a box of macaroni cooked lol. I feel funny giving you a recipe. But you should try it I think your family would love it as a side dish or a snack lol i forgot about the mayo about a cup and a half it depends on how you like it creamy or what ever..and I also put in black olives diced. Let me know if you try it and if your family likes it.❤❤❤ you rock!!!

Just a tip for storing empty canning jars. After washed and dried, fill with drinking water and put back on shelf. Helped me lots after many hurricanes.

I love y’all had party potatoes for Easter!….Easter isn’t the same without Honey Baked Ham, party potatoes, homemade baked beans and deviled eggs 🙌🏼….and our homemade baked beans recipe is crispy bacon cooking the onion in the bacon grease and adding dark brown sugar a little bit of mustard and ketchup then bake at 350 for about 45 minutes

You could add the sugar free bbq sauce to baked beans since you add brown sugar. Heinz ketchup is where it's at! Ya can't go wrong with Heinz! 😁 I like the sugar in it! I'm not a morning person either! I never have been and probably never will! 😴

If you mix tomato paste into your home made spaghetti sauce you wouldn't have to mix it with store bought sauce then it would be even better because it would be all your sauce 😊

Sweet baby’s rays has a no sugar added sauce that’s delicious. But we didn’t like that brand either. Also it’s super easy to make your own taco seasoning and it’s way better.

On the sugar free barbecue sauce that your kids don’t like 😱 just mix the sugar free sauce and the sauce they do like together 👍🏼 that way you can use up the sugar free sauce and the kids will eat it and they will be happy 👍🏼.

She got Hellmans Mayo which appears to be the same but it's slightly different..they are both now owed by Unilever..but we're owned by Richard Hellman Inc, & Best Foods CPC International..its an East Coast/West Coast thing 😂😂 it's interesting to read on Wikipedia..look up Hellmans vs Best Foods & you'll see what I mean. I'm not a lover of mayo at all. I actually hate it 😂😂but growing up we always had Hellmans..I'm sure ppl have done tastes tests & I'm gonna see if it is different like they say

The Original Ranch had no MSG in it..certain ones do & some don't. But for sure the Original kind like she purchased has none. I looked it up & their website breaks it down for ya. I think her goal really was to not feed them as much if she can. She's said there's many things they won't compromise on when it comes down to it..HV Ranch being one of them.
