Train WITH me on my app doing my actual weekly program📲 www.myliftfitness.com/training-app Get the best supps ➡️ rysesupps.com | Use my code “Davis” at checkout for 15% off 🙌🏼 LAT TRAINING INFO ‼️ Read ⬇️ Think of it like this 🤔 As you row, your arm will point to the fibers of the Lat that you are biasing ➡️Mid Lat ↗️Upper Lat ↘️Lower Lat For exercise #2 don’t lean TOO far forward. A very slight lean, or, keeping the torso perfectly upright will work. Your arm and the cable ideally should be at a 90° angle in relation to your torso when fully extended. Don’t turn it into a pulldown 👌🏼

My right arm is bigger than my left how can I fix that people say it's just a dominant think but I think it's something more
@DavisDiley
@DavisDiley 2 жыл бұрын
@@bliitz1361 unit lateral movements with dumbbells, machines, and cables. Start with the weaker smaller side. Push to failure or very close to it, then, merely match the amount of work with the stronger side. That way your bigger arm never gets more work than your smaller one. This is a good technique. But in all honesty, I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Everybody has small asymmetries. I do. My right arm is far bigger than my left. I don’t pay too much mind to it. I would just rather train and get both sides as they can be, even if my right arm is slightly outpacing my left in terms of growth and size. But that’s just me!

Yeah just show up, everyday. Planet fitness lets you bring a guest for free. It’ll motivate you to go, if someone helps remind you. And you got a little money on the line. Fvck around there, use elliptical so your knees don’t hurt as bad, or walk treadmill. Or go swimming a pool, you’ll burn a lot calories. Assisted pull ups, do machines with light weight. Join a fitness group, they usually have a coach who talks and motivates everyone and checks in on the group, offers money to winners.

This is awesome. I love Davis's content, but I'm sure all these variations are hitting the entire lat if your training has intensity, good form, and rep range. It's similar to how you can't really isolate a single head on the Tricep. You're gonna hit the entire muscle group regardless of the movement of choice. On the same token, there are movements to biase a specific head or muscle more than others! Biase and Isolate are not the same before someone says I'm contradicting myself lol
