I LOVEE UR FREE WORKOUTS!! They make me feel so unstopabble. ❤ I was wondering if you could make some 20-30 min beginner workouts (30-20 sec on, 10 sec rest). My favorite is tabata and abs. Cant wait to crush this! 🎉

Omg....I was doing so good until the very last round of lunge jumps. I had a feeling that she would make that the very last exercise 😅. I did 10 seconds took a 3 second break then kept going 😂

I did low impact cardio workouts for the past 3 months because I have morton's neuroma (fyi its an inflammation of nerves that shot up pain my spine every time I walk or stand more than 20 mins) but I got steroid shot few weeks ago and I feel alive!!! I can finally walk an hour or more and finally wanted to challenge myself more and boy oh boy I could only complete half of this workout but still I feel amazing! Today maybe half but few weeks from now I'll complete the whole workout thank you so much Anna!

I always start off with a jog or a walk before tabata and the adrenaline from that just gets me pumping ! I started this one and it really put that energy to good use ! Im sweating like CRAZY.
