Is this modded, or is this for real? Been a LOT of fake san andreas edits and I can't know when to trust if I can try these for real or not

The only mod that i used was SilentPatch,which to my knowdelge only makes the game more playable

@@bigsof7381 I was referring to the driving under the water glitch; but I trust this video, given the water physics in san andreas.
