Though I use these 'Declutter the mind' sessions to combat anxiety - and that is what this new one is for - I still find the 'Declutter the mind for focus' the best. I've been using it for 2 or 3 months now and it is helping.

Thank you for these moments of peace and serenity. Lots of meditations often times have loud music and can become overstimulating, having the silence and your guidance makes this both so peaceful and helpful. Thank you for what you do on this channel ❤

THANK YOU! Timely help, illness, old age, lack of financial resources in a country with such high covid threat, currently among the "world's top 10" resulting in death proportional to its population. It's scary and sad for many people. Resources like this are a treasure, bless your heart. A not so easy request now; I've been thinkung of myself and others: the focusing on the breath...I have trouble breathing, so I have to try to modify the instructions and not be fearful or anxious as it's hard to get enough air through "normal brearhing". How to give mindfulness instructions when our essential vital resource, breathing, getting enough air, is failing? Thank you❤

Hey I meditated quite some days alone. I felt some scary inside and and feel like dark someone inside which demotivating me . How can I overcome from it and meditate and live peace and happy... It would be great if you reply me and help with small idea
