I've been having a real hard time getting any sleep lately. It's like my mind won't stop thinking and worrying about all the things that could happen in my life. In addition, anxiety hits me along with a feeling of loneliness. I hope one day to find a love that will melt these feelings away.

Very sorry to hear. Try not to worry about stuff that hasn't happened, because that's stress you just don't need. Don't let negativity get you down. Hope you do find that love of your life. But you goto love yourself first

Try to simplify things Neil, look at what makes you feel safe, then slowly at your own pace set goals, small ones.each step is progress. I believe in you. It’d be great to hear how you are getting along.🙏

I've been having massive panic attacks for about a week now as an adverse reaction to a medicine. These videos have been a LIFESAVER. I particularly appreciate this one, it's very helpful in releasing my overthinking and it does brilliantly to help me feel tranquil. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate you and these videos. This has literally kept from me going to the hospital, that's how powerful these are.

Happens to me all the time...I've been trying out meditation for about 3 weeks now and it doesn't seem to be helping...I sooooo want it to work...do I give up or carry on with it???

@@calamityqueen6148 Definitely carry on, everytime you notice your mind wandering, acknowledge it and bring your concentration back to the meditation. Also make sure not to get annoyed with yourself for your mind wandering, and don't try not to focus on preventing your mind wandering, rather focus on the meditation :) Hope this helps, all the best. Relaxation is a skill which must be learned over time, you don't just listen to one video and boom, problem sorted. Forget the evil of the world and focus on the good within you, which over time you will be able to offer to others.

unfortunately we cannot control others. however, we can control our inner healing & peace and the compassionate, beautiful parts of ourselves. the fact that you wrote this comment shows you feel compassion for others. put your attention into the good parts of yourself. work on that inner healing, limit social media usage if you need to. hang in there❤️

I've been doing meditation for 3 years now after alcohol and prescription tablets abuse to the point i damaged my liver and pancreas. I suffer bad anxiety issues and palpitations after quitting everything 2 years now. Without meditation I'd never have done it. Meditation is a fantastic way to get better from any issues life brings. Faith and meditation keeps me sober and me to enjoy my family again. Do it 10 mins or longer each night tho just do it and you'll get through anything life brings ❤🙏 Namaste

I’ve had insomnia for 14 years, with maybe a couple months accumulated break from it. I’ve tried everything that doesn’t involve strong pills, and almost nothing works. This did. Last night I was awake till 4am and finally got some sleep thanks to this. I’m so relieved and happy.

This is powerful. I came to the agreement with myself that I could eat ice cream if I was still up after this meditation. I tried my best to stay up, I was really craving ice cream. But still didn’t make it. Have a good sleep everyone ❤️

I have insomnia due to serious chronic pain, suffering for over 18 years. I've been searching on youtube since January to find a meditation that can put me to sleep. I find most of them relax me but have yet to find one that I fall asleep listening to until now. I am very pleased to report I was fast asleep before the video was over and got some much needed rest. Thank you!!

I’m here because I’m training my mind to sleep on back skin issues , it’s really hard I’m well trained for mindfulness you don’t realise and meditate all night spooky , Key to stop overthinking is to only and only live in present past gone you can’t change , future is in you’re hand if only you live today

What if you are stressed so much you can't do things for the future? If you are witnessing losing everything you wanted, because people who should help you can't understand your anxiety and ptsd? When you know what you should be doing, but you are stressed and affraid so much you can't even start, time is passing and everyone starts to nagg you, are dissapointed and you are completely alone? What if you can't sleep, you are tired and can't wake up to the world because of that all? It's not so easy.

I've listen to other mediation music/videos. This is my first time listening to this. I didn't have to lay down to be able to relax. As a woman who has insomnia, a heart condition, MS, CHF, and other health issues mediation music really works for me. I may not actually go to sleep right away but I definitely get relief just by sitting and listening. God bless whoever made this.

Have been awake for 2 hours , sitting in the same catatonic state , crying and anxious and dreading bathing doing my hair and getting dressed or ready to go to see a doctor ...... I feel sick with dread & anxiety ....... my brain is to broken at the moment , I’ve got to spend hours combing my matted hair , & go through a lot of anxiety in the morning & hours of forcing myself so actually bath & just to get ready to see someone ........ the fear , dread & anxiety & sick feeling in my stomach just to go to an appointment is exhausting. I don’t know why I have to feel so sick before any appointment ..... why do I find doing things for others easier than doing anything for myself. I dread everything in life and everyday of life . Getting in the bath & doing this hair & finding clothes that fit me to go to this appointment tommorow , feels like I’m trying to climb the biggest mountain on earth ....... if I can get myself presentable and out the door into sunlight and to talk to another human Tommorow will be a god given miracle ....... my hearts beating so fast & my hands are shaking just at the thought of dread , of experiencing any thing or anymore pain in my life. I find being in the world & in reality very very painful & to be honest , it’s kind of really beyond all my beliefs. 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔 I pray god gives me his strength to focus and get my self ready to experience this world for a couple of hours tommorow 👍🏻🙏🏻 Pray I don’t feel or see any more evil or pain please god 🙏🏻❤️

I have been meditating for a number of years using headspace. After sometime it began to stop working for my sleep. This was absolutely amazing. The bubble thingy really works for me 😌

Insomniac here, sleep apnea, then horrible lucid nightmare last night with sleep paralyses n am lucky to get 3 hours kip in 3 days. This sounds brilliant n I can’t wait to listen to it tonight. I already know it’s gonna work. At last.

Must add, so good caused deep relaxation for 2 days n nites. Fibromyalgia, brittle bones, pesto arthritis, epileptic seizures, n Ramsay hunt syndrome. The pain was too much to handle. Next time I do this will b every 2/3 weeks. Just b careful guys. Still love it. 💖🇮🇪

I was there once, thoughts wouldn't shift and I went through 5 months of 2 hours per night sleep until I started meditating

Hello Christian this is the first meditation I heard of yours over a year ago and it has been life changing for me to embrace your videos! You took me out of a very dark place and mind chatter which was taking over my quality of sleep and mental health. I have had a lot of difficult and hard life experiences that were evolving over a number of years and these were particularly challenging but I truly feel that you have helped me along a path of finding myself and embrace a new chapter of my life! And an exciting one at that! I know you hear it all the time and I’m sorry it has taken me a while to send this but from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for all your energy and effort to provide others with a wholesome release from the hardships that life can bring. I think people forget at times that you are just as human as anyone else and sending lots of love and light to you, and I really hope life is treating you with kindness and compassion right now! And you are keeping that lovely smile of yours! Thank you again my lovely and from one soul to another keep strong and keep positive! And let us love life even when times are trying! I tried listing to this with both ADHD and Aphantasia, it is so interesting to feel how my brain and body relaxes when hearing the interesting parts about breathing and eyes being open and close and muscles dripping helps me calm down. But, when the description of pictures and clouds facanate me as i try to imagine what it is like to picture things in my mind. This is an amazing video, I also have a great love of describing images in words. Thank you. (If anyone has the same type of things feel free to say how you help calm your brain)

Getting ready for bed soon....First thing to do is.....Choose meditation.....Done! ✨💫🌟 After listening for only ten minutes I was fast asleep 😴....Doctors should prescribe MV for patients with insomnia for sure! 🙏🏼❤️ .

Christian, I was actually laying in bed over thinking and am having trouble going to sleep. I listen while meditating before i go to sleep every night Now i am happy forever. Thanks for helping me to overcome from examphobia and i obtain CGPA or 94.3 in engineering compare to previous semester just border line 64.3

I listened to many of this type of video and, I don't know why but this one makes me fall asleep almost instantly. The first few times I never even remembered what was said. One night I was able to listen to a little before falling asleep and I was surprised we were in a forest, a few times listening and I had no recollection of the forest, lol! Love this video!! Thank you!!!

Fantastic. Genuine my anxiety been really had today due to covid 19, and over thinking this really helped me and the thoughts with the fire and the forest were really clear as I got into it. Would recommend

Recently I’ve been feeling very stressed because of school and some problems with my boyfriend and in general just life. I’m sick currently and I kept waking up all night and I can’t fall asleep since 4am. I hope everything will be alright at the end of the day but I can’t stop overthinking it

Yes, please can you make a meditation on health anxiety and overthinking what is happening in your body like another subscriber suggested? I understand that this can be tricky bc you don't want to tell someone to ignore or deny a physical sensation when it could be an actual sign of disease. See, I DO have an actual illness but the physical discomfort and anxiety it brings me is unbearable and so distressing that I actually ended up in the psychiatric unit at my local hospital bc people fail to recognize that physical illness is LINKED to mental illness or can even be the cause of it. I don't know if I'm making any sense but I love your meditations. I find that they are the only ones that help me get through the next minute, hour, day. Please consider a health anxiety meditation (perceived illness) and also illness anxiety meditation (coping with chronic illness symptoms). I'd so appreciate just the consideration. You've already helped me so much and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. 😘

I agree with the comment(s) to slow down. I felt like I was being read a story more than taking part in a meditation. I really like the content, the tone, and the other parts of the voice. I have anxiety and it will keep me from getting to sleep sometimes. I will use gm to relax and most of the time, I will fall asleep before the end. I will definitely be looking for your other videos. Thank you.
