This morning this meditation reinforced a very strong desire I was feeling that I wanted with all my heart to let go of worrying and fear. I don't deserve to suffer from fear, insecurity, and worries! I will specifically continue to work on my inner courage, confidence, bravery,etc with the time I have left...ADB,MD

My past comments and todays meditation practice has been enriching in understanding more deeply worries and worrying serves no useful purpose and that my past worries for the most part never even happened to me! Fears follow worries and worries follows fear...and insecurities, self-doubts and confidence,etc. And anxiety follows fears! I hope these brief words will be helpful in some way. Thanks again to DTM! I felt better afterwards but couldn't stop thinking about the dumped luggage out on my street kerb though. Needed to reimagine I dumped them in the trash instead as I didn't want someone/neighbour complaining about litter and picking them up and bringing them back into my home..Thank you.🙂💜

No, only for the first prompt, then you can allow your breath to return to a pace that's comfortable for you.
