I have a friend that is blind and was kicked out of a gym because the lady thought he was staring at her. He explained to her and staff that he has no idea what is in front of him because of the fact he is blind. She still got her way and he was kicked out. He now has lawsuits against the gym

My local gym has a dress code and this wonderful sign on the entrance that sats, "NO FILMING INSIDE THE GYM. NO FILMING INSIDE THE LOCKER ROOM. FILMING INSIDE WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT BAN AND POSSIBLE CHARGES IF FILMING INSIDE LOCKER ROOM." That way they cover their butts when it happens eventually the filming tools cant say squat because it is posted on the entrance.

I watched a woman who was barely dressed go do some stretches in front of the big body builder guys at the gym. They kept turning away and moving down the row of benches and she kept following. Purposely bending over in front of them and sticking her butt up in the air. Finally one of the guys asked her to move because she was too close to their space and she started being a Karen about how the gym is for everyone and they need to leave her alone. The manager came and asked her to leave and called her desperate for attention 😂. I think these women need to be called out everytime. It is obvious what they are doing. It's wrong that they are making men uncomfortable in the process to falsely play the victim.

As a woman, I find that when girls go to the gym half dressed, are simply presenting themselves in a way that attracts attention. Yes, working out makes you feel hot and sweaty, but there are plenty of workout clothes that not only ventilate, but are modest. You don’t need to be naked, or near it, in order to work out. This goes for men and women. Just dress appropriately for the occasion. Simple as that. And if you can’t, then don’t work out in public. Also as simple as that.

Yeah I wear sweat pants, and undershirt, and a tee. The rare rare times I do have to take off my shirt I have something underneath. That still covers me more than enough since I wear wifebeaters. Wear what you want but it is odd how a lot of ladies choose clothes that make them feel sexy rather than practical clothes. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to wear clothes that you feel make you look good, but there is a time and place. Luckily at my college no one really cares. The girls there dress well enough and no one has issues. But if you come in, man or woman and are wearing the least amount legally possible, then of course it’s going to attract attention. I bet a decent amount of the glances are like “damn. That’s weird. Why did she come here practically naked?”

I actually don't have an issue with anyone wearing whatever tf they want, even if they're naked. Why? Bcuz I have enough power of will to behave like a normal person in public, to control myself and not go crazy for seeing an inch of skin. If I'm at the gym, I'm not there to ogle at men, I'm there with the purpose of doing my work out and then I leave, simple as that. Very simple - general gym attire rules - no indecent clothing - no exposure of pelvic or chest areas. Doesn't matter who it is, guy girl or asexual cabbage. Everybody should respect some limits. Reminds me of a young girl I worked with years ago. She was well endowed bust wise and wore low cut tops. She complained to our manager, also a big busted woman, that the creepy old bloke on reception kept staring at her. The manager just told her to wear tops with a higher neckline. A practical concern I have with these skin tight outfits is the material's integrity. Clothing of all sorts have a finite wear/wash life. One bend over too many and _riiiiip_ down the middle seam. The only ones who aren't coming to the gym I go to, looking like they spray painted clothes on, are older women wearing large/baggy attire which has always been fine. Actually, whatever happened to the 80s style? Women used to come in with arm/leg warmers, head band, boatneck shirt and mismatched shorts.

I'm glad I stopped going to the gym when they closed for covid. Since then I have trained at home to keep my fitness up and I must say, investing in some equipment for home workouts is much cheaper in the long run and I don't have to run and hide from every girl with a bloody camera. Fella's make the gyms change their policy around this by getting your own gym equipment and training at home. Less fuel, less costs, less headaches.

Home gyms are where it's at! If you have the means, I highly recommend investing in a PRX foldable squat rack. I love mine and I was able to pay it off in installments, which would have been the price of a gym membership anyway.

Testosterone levels are higher in men who exercise. I think this is often a fact that is overlooked (other than them just wanting simps and numbers) and it does impact the male sex drive. Now we have to fight our hormones just to not appear as creeps and it is incredibly annoying and difficult to do this. I had this exact issue yesterday at gym where a woman was dressed in clothing that was not far off underwear and you have to spend your life looking at the floor or even closing your eyes so as not to be that "creep".

Filming is not allowed at the gym I go to. With the privacy laws in my country I think it's even illegal to do so without permission (since it's not a public space because you need to be a member to get in). Even if you're filmed in public, they can not be published without you being made unrecognisable.
